On Sunday, May 3rd we will gather virtually to celebrate the Beltane and attune to mother nature and all her blessings during this auspicious time of year. The Beltane marks the half way point between the spring equinox and the summer solstice.  I am partnering with Eileen Cavanagh, creator of Palomar Farms, writing circle facilitator, Kundalini yoga teacher and all in all wonderful women.  We will gather together and celebrate the abundance of spring, participate in Pranayama meditation, engage in a short writing activity, experience nature and connect deeply through sisterhood.   Join us for this deeply nourishing and celebratory Spring afternoon.
