We operate in the same cycles and rhythms of nature and the cosmos. Join us for these special outdoor classes where we will experience our interconnectivity to all things. Each class is designed to help us relax in our bodies, with the application of breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. Join us on Monday, April 12th, Monday, May 17th, and/or Monday, June 7th from 9:30-11:00 a.m. We will be practicing outside, graced with the beauty and bounty of Palomar Farms' outdoor sanctuary. Space is limited and registration is required as we will be socially distanced.
