Freedom from Within is a special class designed by Jennifer & Giancarlo Marcaccini. They will facilitate a discussion on the yogic concept of Shuniya which means 'zero' and describes a state of awareness in which the mind is brought to complete stillness.

Join them for an interesting and experiential morning where you will learn how to turn off the outer noise of your life and tune into the solace of your own self. The morning will include kundalini yoga and meditation, journaling, and community. The class will be taught both in-person and on zoom. There are 4 spaces available in person, registration is limited.
